I can't believe how unhelpful the staff were. They barely understood English and constantly brushed us off. We even had issues at checkout over a broken shampoo holder, which felt ridiculous-just frustrating overall! We won't be going back.

Clean and luxurious rooms on the top floors and the location is lovely. There is a wide array of supplies like : an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioner.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Had very nice stay of one night. All the staff were amicable, incredibly nice. We stayed in the single room with a couch and greatly enjoyed it. This location was lovely, really close to supermarkets, the surrounding attractions and the square.

The staff were generally polite and eager to assist, which made my experience more enjoyable. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with seating. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though I appreciated the coffee at the rooftop bar even more.

Modern and fairly clean hotel with nice view of the sea. Beautiful, luxurious rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Spotless bathrooms.

The gym is painfully small without air conditioning, the pool is unreasonably cold, and the spa seems to be perpetually closed!!! What a letdown!!!

The view from my room on the 23rd floor was quite fine, especially at sunset.

The bed was comfortable, helping me to recharge after long days of exploring. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes, ensuring that I always found something I liked. The room was spacious, and despite some minor signs of wear, it was clean and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

I almost thought this hotel would be magnificent, but the room cleanliness was shockingly subpar, and the rooftop pool was disappointingly covered. I expected a welcome gift for my troubles but received nothing. Breakfast was a chaotic disaster with rowdy tourists everywhere. I just couldn't overlook these major flaws. Not worth the hype, really.
